1) Equipment check: The Mills needs a lefty's decker. Gary will check with North London. Managers, please have an equipment update for next meeting.

2) Tony presented the proposed budget. It includes funds to replace 7 equipment bags with rolling ones. We agreed to buy the new bags. The fee for this year will be $155.

3) Tony will mail out registration forms at the beginning of March. A late registration fee of $10 will again be charged after April 1.

4) We will try for indoor workouts if possible but it's not looking promising at this point. We should be contacting Dan Pullam for practice diamond times prior to May 1.

5) We agreed to continue to use 2 umps.

6) Jeff moved that we amend section 6.2 of the constitution to provide for an automatic 2 game suspension if a player is ejected from a game. The status of a manager would also be subject to review by the executive when one of his players is ejected. Joe seconded. The motion was approved.

7) Jeff moved that we amend section 5.3 to read "If a player leaves the game due to injury or personal commitment: when their turn in the batting order comes up next, they will be an automatic out. For subsequent at bats their turn is skipped with no penalty." Will Seconded the motion. The change was approved unanimously.

8) We agreed to split section 5.5 into 2 separate points.

9) We will poll players on the use of metal cleats on the registration form. The question will read "Are you in favour of the use of metal spikes in our league?"

10) We discussed the schedule for this year: This year's schedule will again be unbalanced. It will start on May 1. We will play the Monday on long weekends. We will not play on Mother's Day. We may play on the preceeding Friday instead.

- The Burlington Tournament is tentatively scheduled for the July 22 weekend. We will not schedule league games that weekend. There is another tournament scheduled in early July we will look at as more information arrives.

- We will hold our 2nd annual All Star game on a Friday late in June.

- We will again play one Sunday in St. Marys this year.

Next meeting is Tuesday March 15 at 7:00 p.m. at London Life.
